NM400:
Performance characteristics: NM400 wear-resistant plate belongs to high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, which has excellent wear resistance and good impact performance. Its wear resistance is 12-18 times higher than low-carbon steel, 5 times higher than stainless steel and high manganese steel, and 1 time higher than as cast high chromium iron, thanks to its special alloy composition and heat treatment process.
Application field: Widely used in mining machinery, coal mining machinery, environmental protection machinery, engineering machinery and other industries. For example, as wear-resistant components for loaders, bulldozers, excavators such as bucket plates, side blade plates, bucket bottom plates, and blades, as well as wear-resistant parts such as chutes, screen plates, coal silos, hoppers, fans, and pipelines in cement plants, power plants, and steel industries.
NM450:
Performance characteristics: NM450 wear-resistant plate has higher wear resistance and strength compared to NM400, suitable for more severe wear environments. It can provide longer service life and better impact resistance.

NM500:
Performance characteristics: As the highest level wear-resistant plate in the series, NM500 provides the highest wear resistance and impact strength, suitable for extreme wear and heavy load conditions. Application field: Suitable for situations that require extremely high wear resistance and service life, such as wear-resistant lining plates for mining equipment, crusher, heavy-duty transportation equipment, as well as heavy-duty mechanical components that need to withstand high stress wear.
